About the role

We are looking for a Head of Spanish Content who is deeply involved in the daytoday operations and is handson with the content production process. This is a highly operational role where you will be directly managing workflows, ensuring smooth execution, and working closely with content managers, SEO, product, and other teams to maintain highquality standards. As our Head of Content you will;

  • Deliver content focused and aligned with user intent.

  • You will be responsible for building a team and developing the tools and processes needed.

  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the content team, fostering content quality, growth, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Develop KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance and productivity, conduct regular reviews, and offer constructive feedback.

  • Streamline the content production process, ensuring smooth communication between teams, market contacts, and other departments.

  • Gather feedback from content managers to identify areas for process optimization.

    • Strategy:

      • Collaborate with Market Managers: Align content priorities with business goals and audience needs.

      • Refine Content Topics: Prioritize highimpact keywords and content based on market insights.

      • Collaboration with transversal teams to set and adapt the strategy of each website.

      • Track Performance: Monitor content metrics to optimize for engagement and conversions.

      • Create Briefs: Develop clear content briefs with goals, keywords, and audience insights.

      • Set Deadlines & Expectations: Establish timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for smooth workflows.

      • Develop a content strategy for new assets, with a clear calendar, and aligned with business goals.
