Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Video Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this vital role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating video content to ensure it aligns with our community standards and guidelines. Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you assess usergenerated content, helping to create a safe and enjoyable online experience for Italianspeaking users.

Your daytoday tasks will include monitoring submitted videos, identifying noncompliant or inappropriate content, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with fellow moderators to enhance our moderation practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and review video submissions in Italian to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Flag and report inappropriate or harmful content effectively.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators about program compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the moderation team to refine processes and methodologies.
• Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about current trends in video content moderation.
• Participate in team discussions to improve moderation strategies.

• Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and proactive decisionmaking abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
