Responsibilities
  • Provide toptier customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding highend coffee machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of coffee machine specifications, features, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Engage with customers to solicit feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficient in English is a plus.
      • Strong communication skills with a customercentric approach.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks effectively.
      • Problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and product knowledge.
      • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or luxury goods sector, is highly desirable.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems.
      • A genuine interest in coffee and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
