Gifted Healthcare is a leader in innovative staffing solutions, leveraging the talents of our nurses to exceed the expectations of clinicians and clients. Focused on meeting the needs of nurses, we offer a variety of services including PRN, LTAC, Infusion, Government, and Travel Nursing staffing.

We are seeking an experienced, salesminded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division. This position, reporting to the Director of Recruiting.

We are seeking candidates based in NJ for this role.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering all facets of our recruiting success across the organization, while benefiting from a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and comprehensive benefits package.

How You Will Contribute to Gifted Healthcare:

  • Engage and Covert: Research prospects and respond to inquiries to convert prospects into interested candidates
      • Conduct PreScreening Interviews: Initiate initial contact and conduct prescreening interviews
          • Evaluate Candidates: Assess, qualify, and disqualify applicants based on their suitability
              • Build Networks: Develop and maintain networks to generate candidate referrals
                  • Participate in Events: Attend and represent the company at industry recruiting events.
                      • Negotiate and Close: Manage the full cycle recruitment, including extending offers and closing with candidates
