Job description

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
  • Bonus if Google Ads/Analytics certified.
  • Ability to plan, run, and optimise SEO & PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Proven capability to improve website visibility, rankings, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out an initial SEO audit to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and evaluate market trends.
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, site structure, and internal linking for better search visibility.
  • Manage technical SEO aspects such as crawlability, indexation, page speed, and schema markup.
  • Develop and implement local SEO strategies to boost visibility in targeted geographic areas.
  • Build and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Track and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Provide weekly and monthly SEO reports with ongoing optimisation and maintenance.
  • Plan, create, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Perform keyword research and structure high-performing ad groups.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for creatives.
  • Manage budgets and bids to maximise ROI and maintain a low CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test ads, and optimise landing pages.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Remain punctual, organised, and strategic in problem-solving.
  • Stay self-driven and quick to learn new tools and trends.
