Job description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner for a preseed funded global eCommerce startup.
Job Profile:
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for ITNon IT positions
Develop action plansrecruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Maintain the hiring funnel and metrics like candidate’s conversion ratios, NPS etc
Regular Interactiondaily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively
Source best suitable talent while managing candidate relationships
Screen candidate on both soft and technical skills
Build strong foundation of culture, systems, and processes at scale
Requirement:
Post Graduate from a top tier institute
5+ years of sourcing experience in highgrowth startups (SAAS, ecommerce preferred)
Proven successful trackrecord of building the techteam – Engineering, Product, Data Science, etc.
Proficiency in various sourcing strategies including keyword searches and hiring portals
Understanding of the recruiting funnel and monitoring of Talent acquisition metrics
Exceptional communication skills
Clear and logical understanding of techstacks, techpositions and talent pool
Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment
