Job Profile:
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for ITNon IT positions
Develop action plansrecruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Maintain the hiring funnel and metrics like candidate’s conversion ratios, NPS etc
Regular Interactiondaily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively
Source best suitable talent while managing candidate relationships
