Job Profile:
Define strategy and roadmap for product development to translate business needs to technology solutions
Lead the Tech team while supervising the development and maintenance of large software solutions and IT infrastructure
Own the development sprint cycles to ensure timebound delivery and manage the lifecycle
Structure and define performance metrics, feedback loops, bug resolution cycles and growth hacks
Stay updated with the latest tech stacks, all best practices, industry standards, competitor analysis and existing opensource tools to be incorporated in product enhancement
Build an ‘A team’ of Engineers with a highperformance culture
Keep envisioning, creating and ideating the product journey by using cuttingedge tech to build a robust and scalable platform in alignment with customer needs and business goals
Requirement:
Tech Stack: PythonDjango + React.js + PostgreSQL
Handson experience having worked in the techteams of B2CB2B SAAS startups
for the last 510 years; now looking for a high ownership role with high growth
Graduation from a Tier 1 Engineering college (CEITECEE) with MBA (preferred not mandatory)
Should have led Engineering teams to build products adopted at scale with direct experience in Software development, Architecture & Design, DevOps and complete lifecycle of product development
Proven proficiency in developing product strategy in line with business requirements and revenue model while keeping in consideration the tradeoffs between features, costs, time to enter the market
Highly usercentric approach with an obsession to drive usability while adopting an agile and MVP based deployment strategy
Extremely detailoriented, analytical and creative problem solver with the ability to guide the tech unit
