Job description

eCommerce Specialist

· Philippines (Remote

Neato is a 2P eCommerce accelerator. We buy inventory from established CPG brands, become their seller of record, and run Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and DTC end to end from a single inventory pool. Partner brands include illy, Earth Animal, Wiley Wallaby, Rocketbook. We're a $53M business targeting $100M in 2026 with a $25M raise behind us.

We need a detail-obsessed Amazon operator based in the Philippines to support our US-based Senior Brand Managers. Not a generalist virtual assistant. Not someone who needs hand-holding on Seller Central. Someone who knows Amazon well enough to flag a listing problem before the SBM does.

What this role actually is

This is the execution layer of Neato's brand team.

Senior Brand Managers set the strategy and own the partner relationships. You make things happen. You own the day-to-day operational work — listings, launches, reporting, cross-functional follow-through — so the SBM can stay at the strategic level. You don't need to invent the playbook. You need to run it without being asked twice.

What you'll own

Listing management. Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces. Organize incoming product information, manage content updates, and ensure every listing is accurate and complete.

Keyword research and SEO. Support listing optimization through keyword research, search term monitoring, and content development in collaboration with the brand team.

New product launches. Support go-to-market execution — coordinating assets, timelines, and cross-functional tasks to keep launches on track.

Partner onboarding. Facilitate the setup of new brand partners and ongoing projects across multiple marketplaces.

Reporting and insights. Monitor brand metrics and generate accurate, timely reports on sales trends, inventory health, buy box status, and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-functional coordination. Act as the connective tissue between supply chain, marketing, and creative to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What success looks like (12 months)

  • 99%+ accuracy rate on listings, reports, and data inputs
  • Zero missed deadlines on assigned tasks and projects
  • 100% follow-through on cross-functional coordination
  • SBMs spending less time in the weeds and more time on strategy
  • Proactive flags on inventory health, buy box issues, and listing problems — before being asked

Who thrives here

  • 4–6 years of hands-on Amazon experience, including both brand and agency-side work
  • Deep familiarity with Seller Central — listings, catalog management, reporting, case management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from sales data and market trends
  • Proficient in Excel, comfortable in Microsoft Teams, and experienced with a project management tool (Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp)
  • Able to manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
  • Fast, stable internet connection with backup power and internet solutions — no exceptions

What you will not do

Wait to be told what needs attention. Treat a deadline as a suggestion. Submit a report with errors. Go quiet when something is blocked.

Compensation

Competitive DOE · A high-growth environment with a clear path for advancement as the team scales
