We are looking for a Head Operations Online & Offline Retail for a D2C Wellness Brand. This one of it’s kind wellness brand is preseed funded with 1M USD and is looking to build its core team.
Job Profile:
Responsible to lead the online and offline operations for the brand.
Managing, operation, service, and profitability EBITDA online and store wise of all stores
Establishing or setting up new stores. Store operations management.
Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame
Coordinating with branding team for store related branding marketing activities
Undertaking market analysis and assessing competitors’ actions
Identifying new market for the product, meet and deal with site owners and get products in new sites
Partnering with the digital marketing team to strategize marketing campaigns
Requirements:
10+ Years of experience in retaileCommerce operations
Must have experience in new store opening and expansion.
Must be enterprising with the ability to scale from ground up.
We are open to explore exentrepreneurs with retail scaling experience.
Understanding of online – digital marketing
Understanding and ability to process online ordering and delivery.
