GM Marketing for a Leading Resort Chain
Job Profile
Drive revenues of key resorts, launch new resorts, and drive new products towards strategic and commercial outcomes.
Manage performance marketing for all strategic products and services of the group and be responsible for delivering on KPIs.
Lead the marketing and promotions of all hotels and resorts at Sterling and Nature Trails. Coordinate and lead significant projects for food and beverage, spa, room sales, MICEsocials, rooms, D&E, etc.
Prepare the annual resort marketing calendar, resort preopening checklist, new destination marketing and promotional plans, resort recce reports, product strategy, SWOT, pricing strategy, demand and supply assessments, product performance presentations, resort content audits, and other strategic and tactical documents necessary for commercial success of the units.
Take part in analyzing new product business needs and conduct market assessments for commercial and brand value growth in key markets for select resorts. Align all key teams responsible for delivering as per the procedures and timelines aligned with the campaigns as per planning.
Collaborate with the communications head in ensuring necessary information about resorts, products, destinations are communicated with all stakeholders. Monitor both teams to ensure compliance with approved plans to deliver within the stipulated budget to achieve maximum ROI.
Ensure all marketing plans are realigned within SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timebound) process. Build, share, and maintain standard operating procedures for the duties undertaken and ensure these standards are maintained by the team.
Ensure smooth coordination in work between Resort Marketing teams, regionalzonal marketing representatives, regional operations heads, general managers, F&B teams, Commercial and Sales head, thereby delivering with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
