About The Role…

We are currently looking for a Head of New Partnerships to lead our global team of Regional Channel Managers, collaborating closely with other Sales, Marketing, and Country Managers and holding responsibility for the development of the Wildix international Partnership network. This role will report to the VP, Global Partner Acquisition, and is critical in driving the sales processes while leading a team in achieving their goals.

What You Will Do…

  • Be responsible for creating a channel sales strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
  • Coaching & coordinating a team of Regional Channel Managers (sales hunters)
  • Setting yearly & quarterly KPI’s & action plans for achievement
  • Communication & alignment with other departments (HR, Marketing, BDRs, Country Managers, Finance)
  • Implementation of ValueSelling and sales methodology principles into the daily job of the RCM team
  • Aligning the RCM team’s actions with Wildix principles, values & strategy
  • Monitoring Global RCM team performance, understanding when it is required to introduce a PIP, and PIP management & facilitating yearoveryear improvement
  • Ensure continued alignment of the team with the main stakeholders, especially marketing and BDRs

    • What You Will Bring…

      • Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, with proven experience working in System Integrator, VAR, and reseller environments (this is a must)
      • Track record of building and scaling channel partnerships, including recruiting and enabling partners through vendor programs
          • Strategic leadership abilities, with strong coaching capabilities and a proactive, goaloriented management style
          • Experience leading small to mediumsized teams, ideally with 5+ years in a people management role
          • Analytical mindset, skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and identifying performance gaps to drive growth
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
          • Advanced CRM proficiency, using platforms like Salesforce or similar to drive partner engagement and performance
          • Flexibility and adaptability to lead a distributed global team across time zones, bringing strong prioritization, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills

              • Experience working with agents and master agents within channel ecosystems
              • Fluency in additional European languages

                  Interview Process

                  🤝 Step 1: Initial Screening – A chat with our Talent Acquisition Team to understand your background, experience, and motivations. (45 minutes)

                  🛠️ Step 2: TechnicalRoleSpecific Interview – A deep dive with your potential manager, the VP, Global Partner Acquisition, to assess your skills and fit for the role. (60 minutes)

                  🎯 Step 3: Third Interview – A conversation with leadership or crossfunctional team members to ensure alignment with expectations, our values, and mission (60 minutes)

                  📊 Step 4: Final Presentation – Youll present your 306090 day plan to a panel of key stakeholders. This stage gives you a chance to showcase your strategic thinking and approach to the role. More details will be shared in advance to help you prepare.

                  Currently, 75% of our team is in the GMT UK and CEST time zone, with the remaining 25% in the USA time zone.
