Very important digital content marketing agency is looking for an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to develop and implement strategies that improve search rankings, website visibility, and ad performance. This role involves managing SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns while optimizing for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads & YouTube Ads campaigns for various clients.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Perform A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and optimize performance.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX best practices.
  • Fluent in English and German (written & spoken).
