What Youll Do
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of CoverGohosted events, partner webinars, and major regional industry conferences
Conduct research on event opportunities across regions to identify speaking, sponsorship, and networking prospects
Coordinate event logistics, branding, speaker prep, promotions, and postevent content
Work closely with regional sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints
Content Creation & Coordination
Create engaging organic social media content, especially for LinkedIn, focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones
Collaborate with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content—interviews, quotes, and article support
Work closely with a marketing designer to bring content to life visually
Prepare or assist in creating video scripts, storyboards, and screen recordings to support designerled editing
Draft and publish eventrelated materials, including invites, promo posts, and recaps
Ongoing Marketing Support
Help prepare and update sales and product marketing materials like onepagers, pitch decks, and visuals
Support PR efforts, including drafting pressready quotes, story angles, and background notes
Maintain brand consistency across all content and marketing assets
Campaign & Competitor Insights
Assist in analyzing campaign performance, with a focus on LinkedIn and other digital channels
Conduct ongoing competitor research to track trends, messaging, and positioning
Help monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and data
What Were Looking For
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internship experience welcome!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
Comfortable working with designers and supporting light content creation, including video
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
