Role Overview
As the Head of HR TA, you will own and lead the endtoend HR and talent function — from hiring toptier talent to driving performance management, employee engagement, and strategic people planning. You will work directly with the leadership team to build a worldclass remotefirst team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead and scale endtoend recruitment processes across functions.
Build strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Drive hiring strategies, pipeline creation, and talent forecasting.
Leverage data and tools to improve timetohire and quality of hire.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a must.
Strong knowledge of modern HR tech tools, ATS platforms, and performance systems.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
