Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a pipeline of loan prospects within the assigned market.

Engage with community organizations, banks, and support groups to generate loan leads.

Represent CDC at business and industry events to promote loan programs.

Review financial data to pre-qualify and analyze loan applications.
