Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Officer with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Engagement to join our growing team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate engagement, and employee relations will contribute to our organizations success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
  1. Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various job levels and functions.
  3. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending job offers.
  4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks to ensure highquality hires.
  6. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.
    1. Candidate Engagement:
      1. Create a positive and memorable candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring clear communication and timely followup.
      2. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with insights into our company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
      3. Implement effective communication strategies to keep candidates informed about their application status and next steps.
      4. Gather feedback from candidates and continuously improve the recruitment process based on their input.
        1. Employee Engagement:
          1. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events that enhance morale and job satisfaction.
          2. Monitor and measure employee engagement through surveys, feedback sessions, and other methods, identifying areas for improvement.
          3. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve retention and reduce turnover.
            1. Onboarding and Orientation:
              1. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
              2. Facilitate the completion of required paperwork, benefits enrollment, and other onboarding processes.
                1. HR Administration:
                  1. Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
                  2. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.

                    1. Qualifications:
                      • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
                      • Proven experience of minimum 1 year as an HR Officer or similar role, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Engagement.
                      • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws.
                      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates and employees.
                      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
                      • Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and applicant tracking systems.
                      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
