Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary support to Finnishspeaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any servicerelated issues.
  • Educate partners on product features and support them in maximizing their use of our services.
  • Document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular followups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services.

    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
      • Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of IT systems.
      • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
      • Dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
      • Able to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative work environment.
