Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Finnishspeaking customers via live chat, ensuring quick and courteous assistance.
• Address inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and any gameplay issues effectively.
• Educate customers about new games, features, and current promotional campaigns.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking and followup.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer experience.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to help enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or gamingrelated roles is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
