Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary consultant for Frenchspeaking clients, providing indepth knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored product solutions that drive their business success.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and market needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to offer relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions, addressing any queries or issues that arise.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in a clientfacing role, particularly in product advisory, sales, or customer support.
      • Strong understanding of product solutions, services, and market trends in the digital sector.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address client challenges effectively.
