Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of Finnishspeaking clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and opportunities for expansion.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and pitches to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet both client satisfaction and company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to assist clients effectively.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business targets and share insights.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training sessions.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both orally and in writing;
      • Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment;
      • At least 1 year of Sales experience
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationship building.
      • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
      • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual with a proactive attitude.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analysis tools is a plus.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in the local culture.
