Key responsibilities:

  • Service fire detection and alarm systems in line with regulations.
  • Communicate with customers to explain system status and safety information.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation and certifications.
  • Support out-of-hours service and respond to emergency call-outs.

Service Engineer London & Surrounding Regions

FAFS Fire & Security specialise in designing, installing, commissioning and servicing automatic Fire Detection, Protection and Alarm Systems in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Service Engineer specifically covering the London region.

FAFS Fire & Security’s Service Engineer’s

Service Fire and associated systems in line with the current regulations. Liaising with relevant departments to ensure best practice and the most costeffective solution. To complete and return all Company documentation and certification to comply with the Company’s ISO 9001 systems and procedures. To work as a team with colleagues and Service Manager to enhance the Company’s reputation in quality and customer service.
