Scope of tasks:

• Designing graphics for social media, providing creative concepts, conducting photoshoots, and art direction that align with our brand standards and messaging goals

• Developing graphics for internal initiatives (events, meetups etc)

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team tCreating visuals for case studies

• Effectively managing your time and priorities to meet deadlines and project requirements

• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)

• Creating animations

  What skills and experience do we expect?

  • 23+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work

  • Proficiency with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc

  • Experience in brand identity design.

  • Excellent sense of aesthetics and awareness of prevailing trends.

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Proactive attitude; you solve problems and figure things out

  • Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects

  • Knowledge and experience in working with AI
    
    

  • Nice to have:

    • Experience in illustrationmotion design would be an additional asset
