Job description

The incumbent must have strong skills in CORE HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll. It would be advantageous to also have knowledge in Benefits and Compensation and Payroll. A deep understanding of HCM Functional domain is required for this role. The candidate should have experience in functional and nonfunctional testing, with a focus on functional testing. Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium is preferred. Certifications are not mandatory, but having expertise in the four modules of CORE HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll would be beneficial.
