Job Description

Responsibilities:

Seeking a resultsdriven individual to support financial analysis across the financeFP&A function and grow their skills in a dynamic, fastpaced environment. The Financial Analyst will support Finance Management (Finance Manager, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, CFO) and other business leaders to provide highimpact insights that support strategic decisionmaking.

  • Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and support monthend activities.
  • Create insightful reporting and analytics, KPI’s and measurements.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Support key business leaders with financial reporting and analysis to inform and guide decisionmaking (ProductBusiness, Technology, Advisory, etc.).
  • Assist in the automation and streamlining of current processes to grow efficiencies within the team.
  • Facilitating the evolution and maturation of the operating practices of entire CFO organization, including department meeting rituals, goal setting and priority tracking.
