Graduate degree with at least 2 years of relevant tele sales experience, preferably in a similar industry., Proven ability in B2C voice sales with a target-oriented approach., Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with regional language skills considered an advantage., Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong customer relationship management skills..

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert sales leads through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries promptly and provide after-sales support to build long-term relationships.
  • Manage pricing, invoicing, payments, and ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Report sales activities and progress regularly to the Relationship Manager.

IVR SALES EXPERT

Looking for an ambitious and an energetic personnel who can provide a one stop solution, to be a part of IVR SALES avenue and help us expand our B2C clientele through their sales expertise and customer delight skills.


Key Responsibilities

Progressive approach for a B2C focused plan both on financial gain and customer satisfaction in liaison with the Objectives set by the Business Manager.

Well experienced in understanding & handling customer queries with quick resolution time.

Generating and converting sales leads. Build and maintain a sanitised Customer Data Base.

Take charge of pricing, invoicing, payments and making sales invoices, till product delivery. Ensure smooth end to end execution with a successful closure.

Dedicated as an aftersales support and building a longterm relationships with new and existing customers.

Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, Focused follow ups on all leads received through different channels.

Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

Proficient in building interdepartmental relationships.

Reports submission to the RM as required on (dailyweeklymonthly) basis.

Growth Seeker and Willing to take additional responsibilities as assigned by the RM from time to time.

Desire Candidate Profile

B2C selling skills is a MUST over voice with proven working experience ( Purely a SALES TARGET oriented Role)

Selfmotivated and be willing to work under target pressure

Good communication and people skills in English, Hindi (both written and verbal). Additional regional languages will be added advantage.

Strong Luxury Brand Affinity and an inclination towards maintaining the Brand Image through direct customer interactions.

Working knowledge of MS Office ( spc. on Excel sheets)

Should be Graduate & have 2+ years of relevant tele sales experience ( preferably similar industry)
