Full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a governmentrecognized university.
24 years of working experience in Quality Control dept with Engineering industry like Gearbox, Motor, Pumps or Automobile industry specifically in Vendor Audits, Raw material inspections, Finish Goods inspections etc.
Fluency in English communication & presentation skills required. Knowledge of Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.
Good personality, selfmotivated, selfresponsible for ensuring achieving laid down expected results from the management.
Open for domestic travel without restriction.
Basic Computer skills – to maintain digital files and InspectionAudit records. Preferably having working experience on SAP software.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties and responsibilities at once.
Detail Job Profile:
Responsible for ensuring timely inspection of incoming Raw material from the vendor premises including export material in coordination with Purchase department.
Responsible for sending samples received from vendors to external thirdparty inspection agency & ensuring qualification as per defined standards, any deviation needs to be taken up with respective supplier, followed by corrective actions.
Support existing team in ensuring inspections of produced Motors sampling inspection plans as are laid down by BIS authority from time to time.
Responsible for executing actual finish Goods inspection before clearing it for despatches.
Maintain reports on daily workings & report to Quality hierarchy from time to time for achieved performance figures in responsible areas.
