Job description

Join a high-impact growth team to deliver insightful reporting, deep-dive analysis, and strategic guidance. You'll centralize marketing and business ops data efforts, reduce reliance on third-party tools like Arcgate, and boost visibility into campaign performance and customer behavior.

We're looking for a data-savvy analyst with a strong grasp of marketing metrics—someone who can turn numbers into actionable insights, not just reports!


Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

Tasks:

  • Create Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting (Meta, Google Ads, Dashboard, Pacing) - 5-6 recurring daily reports and 3 recurring weekly reports
  • Pacing Report: Hourly report (via Metabase) tracking numbers of qualified leads by time of day
  • Updating & Creating Reporting Templates by pulling data from various sources (e.g., Meta, Google, Artgate, Metabase)
  • Unstructured Data Analysis & Insights - Identify and pull the right data views, build new views, and communicate blockers; Other potential analyses: fluctuations in UTM tracking, deep dives into creative performance, attribution insightsAdditional ad hoc reports, such as: Fluctuation tracking in UTM parameters, Measuring the performance of newly launched Google creatives, and Conversion funnel analysis per campaign (e.g., demo request → qualified lead → scheduled demo → conversion)

Must-haves:

  • 2-3 years of experience working on marketing campaign data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.)
  • Preferably with experience working with Metabase but comparable experience in GA4 or Looker is acceptable
  • Excellent English skills both in written and verbal, Great presentation skills
  • With recent graveyard shift work experience and amenable to working in EST

Nice-to-have:

  • Salesforce (to build views and filter campaign data by funnel stage)
  • Sigma (Client is migrating from Metabase to Sigma, but Metabase is still actively used)
  • Experience in Power BI or Tableau is transferable
  • No Sigma experience required, but a plus if they can eventually build views
  • Automation & Integration Skills
