Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring an ECommerce Coordinator to join our Merchandise & Internal Services team.
We are seeking a detailoriented and handson professional to manage our internal merchandise platform — from product uploads and stock control to order processing and logistics. If you have experience with ecommerce platforms, understand international deliveries, and thrive in keeping operations accurate and smooth, this role is for you.

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of SOFTSWISS’s internal merchandise platform by managing product listings, stock levels, and order fulfillment while coordinating with logistics partners. Through accurate process execution and proactive improvements, you’ll help deliver a seamless ordering experience for our global team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the ecommerce platform, ensuring accurate and uptodate product listings and collections
  • Coordinate order processing and logistics, tracking deliveries until completion
  • Monitor stock levels across warehouses and offices, managing replenishments as needed
  • Generate regular reports for accounting, finance, and operational tracking
  • Provide user support, collect feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the platform experience
    • Required Experience:
      • Proven experience working with ecommerce platforms or online marketplaces (product uploads, order processing, stock management)
      • Knowledge of international logistics and experience coordinating with multiple couriers
      • Strong skills in managing structured, repeatable processes with attention to detail and accuracy
        • Nice to have:
          • Advanced Russian language
          • Experience launching or managing corporate merchandise or branded product collections
          • Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools or dashboards for performance tracking
