Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from Dutchspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while providing thorough guidance.
  • Offer product knowledge and educate users on best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and drive solutions.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management on customer experiences and potential improvements.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfirst mindset.
      • Previous experience in a customer service or help desk environment is a plus.
      • Proficient problemsolving skills and a keen technical sense.
