Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global rollout of Business Central in multisite locations, with a primary focus on the US region. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting existing implementations and ensuring smooth data migration
  • Understanding and resolving issues raised by end users
  • Coordinating with the project team for relevant issues as needed
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within your scope

    • Candidate Qualifications:

      To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
      • Minimum 4+ years of experience with NAVBusiness Central
      • Handson experience in resolving end user issues
      • Expertise in Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules of Business Central
      • Extensive knowledge of integrating Dynamics Business Central with other systems

        • Required Skills:

          • Experience with implementing IT systems, business processes, reporting, andor IT development preferred
          • Microsoft Certified MS Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
          • Experience within the medical device industry andor with Retail is a plus

            • Soft Skills:

              • Strong communication skills
              • Strong analytical skills
              • Ability to transform ideas into practical solutions
