Job description

Primary areas of responsibility:
This role requires the ability to examine complex data and turn it into information and insights to inform business decisions.
This role requires collaborating with database developers to implement effective automation processes by developing Access queries in the SQL platform so data can be mined for quality control and accuracy. Strong analytical abilities, ability to condense complex data into digestible information for use in other parts of the business, and have an aptitude for numbers.
Interpret Data : Interpret data and analyze the results using statistical, logical and analytical techniques. Provide ongoing reports on the effects of different strategies and observe any trends or issues to raise with data operations.
Identify Trends: Acquire data from different data sources, identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Analytical abilities – Must work with large and often complex data sets, Need strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret trends and important information
Review Reports: Review reports and Key performance indicators to correct any code problems and check the efficiency of the data collection processes in place.
Problemsolving skills – identifying issues or ways to improve systems that are already in place is a key job function, must be critical thinkers who can successfully troubleshoot and solve problems
● 4 + years of experience working with data in a business environment.
● Strong knowledge of Banking and lending data (specifically, Consumer Services Database) and the business problems in Banking and Lending
● Experience in the credit risk analytics domain is preferred.
● Should be flexible to work as an individual contributor
● Manipulate large amounts of data and integrate diverse data sources into solutions.
