    • What you can expect as a Daily Commercial Claims Adjuster:

      • Claims Handling & Evaluation: Investigates and processes commercial property claims within authority limits, including coverage analysis, damage assessment, liability determination, and resolution in line with best practices.
      • Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Delivers superior customer service and communicates claim status and decisions to insureds, agents, clients, and other involved parties.
      • Documentation & Reporting: Maintains thorough documentation of claim activities, evaluates potential subrogation and fraud, and prepares necessary correspondence such as denial or settlement letters.
      • Financial Responsibilities: Sets reserves, estimates costs, and authorizes or recommends settlement payments in accordance with guidelines.
      • Collaboration & Compliance: Participates in training, roundtables, special projects, and catastrophe response, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
        • What we are looking for as a Alternative Dispute Resolution Claim Adjuster:

          • Bachelors degree is preferred, however prior commercial claims experience of no less than 3 years. will be considered. Insurances designations, such as AIC, CPCU, SCLA are a plus.
