Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Czechspeaking clients through various communication channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues, including software malfunctions, hardware failures, and network connectivity problems.
  • Guide customers through product features and offer advice on best practices to maximize their satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the CRM system to maintain clear communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your IT expertise.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
      • Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
