Responsibilities

• Interact with Dutchspeaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a prominent technology brand.
• Assess customer needs and customize solutions to address them effectively.
• Make outbound calls to update partners about new products and services.
• Seize crossselling and upselling opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, features, and services to assist customers effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your sales and product expertise.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage, especially in techrelated fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
