        • About the Role

          We’re looking for a datadriven professional to help us measure, understand, and improve the performance of our risk strategies. In this role, you’ll analyze complex datasets, design metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decisionmaking and optimize outcomes.

          What youll be doing

          • Develop and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of risk strategies and operational performance.

          • Conduct deepdive analyses to uncover insights that drive improved decisionmaking and reduce exposure to fraud.

          • Build and experiment with ML models to identify fraudulent patterns and enhance fraud detection capabilities.

          • Partner with engineers to ensure accurate and scalable data instrumentation.

          • Build and maintain selfserve dashboards and reporting tools using modern BI platforms.

          • Translate business needs into analytical approaches in collaboration with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Engineering, Business, Operations).

          • Contribute to the design and evaluation of risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.

            • What youll bring

              • 5+ years of experience in a datafocused role (analytics, data science, or similar), with a track record of highimpact work

              • Strong SQL and Python skills

              • Handson experience with BI tools like Tableau, Sigma, or Metabase

              • Exposure to building ML models to address business challenges

              • Background in the fraud, risk, or compliance domain is a strong plus

              • Proven ability to perform exploratory data analysis and cohort analysis, and translate findings into clear recommendations

              • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders

              • A bias toward action, strong critical thinking, and a pragmatic approach to problemsolving
