Position Summary:
The Director of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading business development initiatives, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the companys financial and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
      • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
      • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
        • Business Development & Market Expansion:
          • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
          • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders.
          • Oversee the negotiation and closing of key business deals.
            • Team Leadership & Development:
              • Build and lead a highperforming sales and business development team.
              • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
              • Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
                • Client & Stakeholder Management:
                  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
                  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
                  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
                    • Collaboration & CrossFunctional Coordination:
                      • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive gotomarket strategy.
                      • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
