How Youll Make an Impact

Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:
Set the vision for all editorial content across BC’s Betting Media brands, including betting picks, strategy guides, and written features that drive traffic and engagement.
🤝 Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, affiliate, and marketing teams to ensure written content is aligned with broader business goals and user experience strategies.
📈 Balance performance and creativity by maintaining SEO success while developing new content formats, channels, and storytelling approaches that diversify our traffic sources.
🛠️ Lead and evolve operational workflows, identify new opportunities for content innovation, and build scalable systems that support our growing editorial teams.

Experience:

  • 8+ years leading editorial or content teams in digital media, publishing, or a related field.

  • Proven success in creating highperforming, audiencecentric content strategies.

  • Experience in sports media or bettingiGaming industries.

                      Harry brings over eight years of experience in digital strategy and leads a global team of more than 50 SEO and content professionals. He’s passionate about all things sports, SEO, and GenAI, and he’s committed to building collaborative, highperforming teams that move fast and think big. From day one, well guide you through a structured onboarding process to ensure you feel confident and ready to contribute.

                      Your success in the first 90 days:

                      30: Train on our editorial processes and learn what works, what doesnt, how we drive traffic, and where we can drive more traffic.
                      60: Start to implement new content ideas, strategies and operations to increase audience and attention.
                      90: Begin to work collaboratively with affiliate, product and subscription teams to optimize content strategies around those revenue drivers.
