Job Description:
  1. Become an expert in leveraging the application to solve our clients’ problems.
  2. Helping clients understand ProofHubs capability and providing fitment accordingly.
  3. Respond to inbound support requests from clients on how to use ProofHub and help them get on board.
  4. Contribute to a selfservice knowledge base of common customer inquiries.
  5. Onboard new clients onto the system
  6. Train new users on how to use ProofHub and identify usage scenarios for ProofHub via demosemail.
  7. Support customers in finding the best ways of implementing ProofHub in their business environment.
  8. Conduct user acceptance testing of the prerelease products to ensure high product quality. Interface between the client base and the Engineering team.
  9. Proactively reach out to clients to drive further adoption of ProofHub at existing customer accounts
  10. Market Study and competitive analysis.
  11. Providing product walkthrough.
  12. Handling existing clients.

    1. Skills required:
      • 2+ years of experience working as a Customer SuccessAdvocate.
      • Handling customer interaction across the globe
      • Exposure to demos is a big plus
