Role Overview

Multrix is seeking a strategic CoFounder with investment to drive our global expansion and help build a worldclass BPO brand.

This is a fulltime leadership role offering equity ownership, with the flexibility to collaborate remotely. As a CoFounder, you will partner in shaping the company’s future and delivering exceptional client value worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead B2B business development to acquire clients and expand global market presence.
  • Oversee service delivery and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, integrating AI and advanced tech solutions to innovate outsourcing.
  • Invest capital to support scaling efforts and share directly in the company’s success through equity.
    • Ideal Profile
      • 10+ years of experience in BPO, with expertise in business development, service delivery, client acquisition, and industry culture.
      • Proven clientfacing experience (e.g., relationship management, client growth).
      • Proficiency in at least one of: tech solution development, B2B business development, client service delivery, or operations management.
      • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a track record of scaling businesses.
      • Willingness to invest financially in a highgrowth venture (investment details shared upon application).
      • Ability to commit to a fulltime role with remote collaboration flexibility.
