Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Applications Support Specialist with a deep understanding of SQL Server, Informatica, and UNIX. Experience with Actimize SAM, WLF, Market Abuse, or Communication Surveillance (NICE, Behavox) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for maintaining compliance applications.
• Assist a diverse group of users across different regions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to identify issues, propose response actions, and understand data analysis and data mapping.
• Communicate effectively with Infrastructure, Technology, and Business areas.
• Gain indepth knowledge of Compliance Applications and provide ongoing development and support for future enhancements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution related to current applications, supporting the development team.
• Provide support to the business during daytoday activities and adhoc requests.
• Support team members and local Infrastructure team on configuration, system testing, and deployment.
• Provide root cause analysis (RCA) and recommendations to the application development team to increase system stability and reduce incidents.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in BankingFinancial services is a plus.
  • Actimize experience is a plus.
  • Production support experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL Database and other standard database query tools.
  • Expertise in UNIX (LinuxSolaris) and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Windows batch and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with connectivity protocols (FTP, SFTP, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of batch processing using scheduling tools like Autosys, Control M.
  • Understanding of support environments (ticketing, SLAs, rotas, etc.).
  • Coordination of work activities involving multiple Technology teams.
