Role and Responsibilities
Approach potential clients and offer advice to help them make informed decisions
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to assist customers in finding the right piece of jewelry
Ensure confidentiality when handling customer transactions
Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure order accuracy
Maintain inventory records and process sales orders
Clean and repair jewelry items to prepare them for sale
Maintain a inventory of diamonds, precious stones, metals, and other materials used in jewelry making
Process credit card transactions and payments for customers
Explain insurance coverage options to customers who purchase jewelry with valuable gemstones
Prevent store thefts and report any incidents to upper management
Candidate Qualifications
1 to 5 years of experience in counter sales within the Jewelry Industry
Any graduate qualification
Ability to relocate to Kolhapur, Maharashtra or reliably commute to the workplace
