Local Hero is looking for an entrepreneurial selfstarter Campaign Operations Manager to be responsible for both onboarding new clients as well as monitoring and optimizing the health and growth of campaigns.

Our clients look to us for revenue solutions; it will be your duty to utilize all available tactics and tools to generate the best outcomes for our clients in the channel(s) and vertical(s) you manage.

You have a sense of urgency, are organized, and communicate succinctly and clearly. You have an analytical mind and enjoy digging into the data, dashboard, and reports, and are also able to distill information to people in ways that are clear and easy to digest. For new campaigns, you will be tasked with taking a sales deal from contract through to campaign launch. For current campaigns, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights & recommendations, acting against those recommendations as well as keeping a record and log of what happened for future reference.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, online reporting tools and ideally have some interest or experience in digital media campaigns. You will play a significant role in generating and maintaining solid and accurate reporting processes, polished and professional reports. The role is highly crossfunctional with engagement between leadership, operations, development, sales, external clients, and vendors.

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:

Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico

Day in the Life

  • Develop and implement yield management practices, including pricing optimization and fill rate analysis, with the goal of maximizing performance on Local Hero products.
  • Run and analyze reports. Constantly iterate to improve reporting & associated processes.
  • Problem solve and collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to resolve outstanding issues and innovate to drive client relationships forward.
  • Foster successful relationships based upon trust and valuecreation within the company and with our clients and publishers.
  • Partner with both the Sales Reps to support the onboarding process as needed
  • Make recommendations on process improvement and operational execution on delivery of data and assets to support internal process.
    • Here’s what you need to get our attention:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business) or equivalent work experience
      • 13 years of yield management experience in sales
      • 13 years of campaign management experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment
      • 1 year of experience in a servicebased organization (ability to interface with clients)
      • Understanding of insurance andor home services lead generation is a plus
        • Here’s what will make us call you for sure:

          • Highly proficient in Excel

          • Experience with online reporting suites such as Google Analytics, Tableau or Airtable.
          • Experience in digital marketing andor lead generation.
          • Acute business acumen, and an ability to document, present and communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
          • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
          • Strong personal timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
          • An interest in working in a fastgrowing, fastpaced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed.
            • Not required, but will give you an edge:

              • Experience in AdTech or SaaS
