Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM modules, especially FCCS and ARCS.
Strong understanding of ESSBASE architecture and Hyperion Financial Management.
Experience with Account Reconciliation Cloud Services and data integration tools like Data Management and EPM Automate.
Relevant certifications in FCCS, ARCS, ODI, and project management are preferred.

Job Description
As an Oracle EPM Lead, you are responsible for development of a complex Oracle EPM modules (FCCS & ARCS), you should have a good experience in adoption of standard out of the box functionalities. You should be able to work as an independent and as mentor to team members, coordinate with Project managers and handle the project deliverables, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks and assign to team mates, monitor and support for their success full execution.
You need to drive the solution discussions workshops with client and recommend the best practices which enable robust scalable architecture. You should also part of active project management group to guide and asses the project timeline and efforts for various project activities,
You should be able to respond to technical queries received from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, train, guide and mentor the team members.
Core Application Skills:
1. Detailed understanding on ESSBASE architecture.
2. Strong knowledge in Hyperion Financial Management implementation or in Oracle Financial Consolidation Close (FCCS).
3. Strong knowledge in Account Reconciliation Cloud Services including profile management, Data integration, User management.
4. In depth knowledge in integration using Data Management tool and EPM Automate or Integration agent utility, must know the end to end process of integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion cloud and non Oracle Cloud sources. It will be added advantage if you have knowledge in ODI.
5. Ability to build the complex reports using Financial Reporting or Management reporting, Infolets and custom dashboard building using out of the box features.
6. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage the SmartView tool to build report and ad hoc analysis.
