About the Role

WeLink is hiring two bilingual (English/Spanish) Collections Agents to join our growing team. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding balances, answering billing questions, resolving account discrepancies, and securing payment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, empathetic, and fluent in both English and Spanish — with a passion for finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers with past-due or outstanding balances via phone, text, and email
  • Provide billing support and explain account balances clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Secure payment through one-time payments, payment plans, or settlements
  • Accurately document all contact attempts and outcomes in Salesforce
  • Escalate disputed balances or complex cases as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Billing, Customer Support, and Collections teams
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals related to recovery, accuracy, and compliance
  • Follow internal procedures and industry best practices for fair and ethical collection efforts

Language Requirement

  • This is a bilingual position. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish. Language proficiency will be assessed during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain detailed notes
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience working with sensitive financial or customer information
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and payment-related conversations

Compensation & Incentives

  • Hourly Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Monthly Incentive Bonus: Performance-based bonuses

  • Wed. - Sun. 10am - 6pmMST (Mon./ Tues.off)
  • Mon - Fri. 10am - 6pmMST (Sat./ Sun.off)
