Sr Manager Online Reputation Management
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager Online Reputation Management to oversee our brands online presence and reputation. In this role, you will be responsible for social listening, CRM, analytics, and content management, as well as identifying and mitigating negative reviews and comments.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiments across various social media platforms, search engines, blogs, and consumer forums
  • Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and utilize keywords to develop positive content that can counteract negative reviews and comments
  • Analyze online statistics and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and effective
  • Stay uptodate with relevant social media trends, tools, and best practices
    • Requirements
      • 69 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management
      • Expertise in social listening, CRM, and analytics tools
      • Familiarity with marketing automation and SEO optimization
      • Degree or diploma in digital marketing or a related field, with certificates from platforms such as Google and LinkedIn preferred
