Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow testing., Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow., Strong skills in defect management and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)., Experience in government or public sector QA projects is preferred..

Key responsibilities:

Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and requirements traceability matrices.

Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Support UAT execution and resolve issues.

Maintain test evidence and compliance reports.
