Finalis is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Venture Sales Segment to spearhead our expansion into two strategic investment banking segments. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and converting highvalue customers, leading a team to drive rapid growth and market penetration. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in fastpaced environments and has a proven track record in B2B SaaS, financial services, or investment banking.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
✨ What will you be doing?
Strategic Leadership & Execution:
Develop and execute a gotomarket strategy to 10x our customer base in the two identified investment banking segments within a year.
Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a datadriven and resultsfocused approach.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align efforts and maximize growth opportunities.
Pipeline Generation & Management:
Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach, leveraging existing networks, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
Implement scalable sales processes, ensuring efficient tracking of leads and opportunities via CRM systems.
Use data insights to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion rates.
CustomerCentric Approach:
Deeply understand the needs and pain points of target customer segments, positioning Finalis as the goto compliance and deal execution partner.
Foster relationships with key decisionmakers to drive longterm partnerships and account expansion.
Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the investment banking ecosystem.
Team Development & Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a highperforming sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Set clear goals and provide ongoing coaching to maximize performance and professional growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customerfirst thinking.
Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics and messaging.
Provide actionable feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with market demands.
💬 Who are we looking for
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales leadership, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or investment banking sectors.
Track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets and scaling customer bases rapidly.
Strong understanding of investment banking workflows, compliance challenges, and deal origination processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and datadriven decisionmaking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
