Job description

Designation: Asst. Manager Sr. Executive HR
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Source potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
Keep accurate and uptodate records of candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Participate in HRrelated projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment or HRrelated field
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwaretools
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
