Functional:
• The Business Analyst defines business requirements, documents functional specifications, and develops timelines for business analysis deliverables
• Gathers requirements for enhancements of websites and webbased health care applicationsportal
• Creates and manages test plans and test scripts
• As a subject matter expert, the analyst will have a solid understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to assist in providing input toward the feasibility of the requirement
• Business Analyst will participate in all phases of a project from initiation to implementation and postimplementation
• Business Analyst should understand data models and the relationship between data and processes
