Job description

As a Campus Recruiter USA at Staff4Me, you will be integral to our recruitment team, focusing on identifying and engaging toptier talent from universities across the nation. This role is vital for driving our efforts to attract young, diverse candidates who can contribute to our innovative culture. With a passion for connecting with students and a strategic mindset, youll have the opportunity to shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract students and recent graduates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services and student organizations to enhance our visibility and presence on campuses.
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to meet and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct informational sessions to educate students about career opportunities at Staff4Me and the application process.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and design tailored recruitment plans.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely followups and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging marketing and promotional materials to support campus recruitment efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and university dynamics to best position Staff4Me as an employer of choice.
    • Requirements

      • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
      • Previous experience in campus recruitment, college relations, or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
      • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
      • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
      • Flexibility to travel to different campuses for recruitment initiatives as necessary.
